Jack Didier

Vice President

He began experimenting with different Crystal Radio Receiver designs and Antenna Systems.  At 14, Jack built an FM Radio Station in the basement of his parent’s home.  From there, his interest in electronics blossomed and his career path was set. He wanted to be a Broadcast Engineer.

·Age 15 - Earned his FCC Third Class Radio Telephone License with Broadcast Endorsement

·Age 16 - Joined WLKI in Angola, Indiana in an on-air capacity, his first paid position in the radio industry

·Age 18 - Graduated High School and took on a full-time position at WXKE, Fort Wayne, Indiana including On Air and Engineering responsibilities

·Age 22 - Earned his FCC Second and First Class Radio Telephone Licenses as well as Associate’s Degree in Electronics from ITT Technical Institute

·Age 23 - Received his first Chief Engineer position at WHUZ, Huntington, Indiana.

Age 24 - Started Broadcast Circuit Systems, Inc., a Contract Engineering Company providing full-service broadcast engineering including constructing and maintaining studios, transmitter sites, tower and antenna systems.   Additional services included Consulting and FCC application assistance.  The company grew rapidly ultimately servicing over 35 radio stations including many top-rated stations in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area.  Ultimately, BCS built over 50 Radio Broadcast Studios and 30 Transmitter Tower Sites throughout Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois.

· Age 32 – Along with several colleagues, he formed Premier Broadcasting Corp. and applied for an FCC radio station license.   During negotiations, their interest was purchased before the station went on the air.

·Age 38 - Joined Federated Media as Director of Engineering and continues in this position today. 

·Age 53 – Jack partnered with his brother to form Kensington Digital Media and launch WHPY-FM  in Nashville, Tennessee.

·Age 58 – Again joining forces with his brother forming Brayden Madison Broadcasting, WHIN-AM/FM was launched in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Jack is a Radio Broadcast Engineer that began his career at age 10 when he wired and built a telephone system interconnecting his friends’ homes throughout his childhood neighborhood.  During this time, his father brought home a Crystal Radio Set that would be the foundation of his Radio Career.
